Gardening and golf

We have enjoyed a long week end of chilling in the sunshine as today was a public holiday - Heritage day. Summer is definitely here again with some hot temp's on the high veld.

Concession - yesterday was national braai day in SA and we got nando's. We will make up for that in the months to come... We did manage to fit in a braai with Jon, Sal, Bean and Pearl on sat evening - thanks guys.

Josh discovered the garden hose this afternoon and fancies himself as a landscaper. We will have to see what Lawrence thinks about his handywork when he comes back from Mozambique....

Managed to dust off my golf clubs and get a round in at the Royal Jhb and Kensignton course yesterday with some water polo mates ahead of the new season. Great course. We bumped into a 4 metre cobra near the drink on the 7th which was exciting. Shot exactly 100 which was ok given my 16 month sabbatical from the noble game.

Water polo starts next week end which will be interesting...

Good week end for the Lions and the Arsenal (3 - 0 over Reading and still climbing).

Over to Kimbo for the next few entries. Have a good week.

Love that photo with Bailey. They are both growing at a rapid rate!

Well done on 100. Not bad for Royal for a polo player.

Enjoy the week.

Looks like you are really getting into summer. It is starting to get miserable and dark here. Typical! Josh is gorgeous, must take after his mom!!
