Our Eastern Cape Holiday

We are back in Joburg after two weeks away - the boys and I had two fabulous weeks in the Eastern Cape, and Nath had a week in London before joining us as well. It was an eventful holiday and I think we all had a wonderful time, especially Josh, who experienced a variety of new things and was thoroughly spoilt wherever we went. From Stutterheim to East London to Hogsback and back to Stutterheim, it was a busy time but lovely to catch up with friends and family. I attended my uncle's funeral in the first week, which was very unexpected and a sad time for our family. This past week-end we caught up with old friends at the Boardman/Ristow wedding, which was really good fun. We spent three days in the Hogsback as well and Josh thoroughly enjoyed all the hiking and seeing the waterfalls. Possibly the highlight of his holiday however was a memorable ride in a "digger" yesterday - thank you to Andrew and Kim Braun for making our little boy's day!

Our apologies for not updating our blog more regularly of late (especially to the moaners such as "Anton Weber" and Crystal Hall, who tells me she is sick and tired of reading about "Easter in the Bush"!) Hope this is sufficient :)
